Our District

The Orange School District continues to move forward as a thriving and engaging learning organization. It is committed to continuing to build and align system capacity so that key leaders, teachers and other district staff can perform at the high levels necessary to assure progress as the district moves forward. This movement takes purposeful action that is guided by research and innovations that expand the capacity of both the individuals and the systems within an organization.

As capacity expands, the culture of the organization is refined and strengthened so that structures for continuity are established. It is through these structures that organizations make strategic movement toward becoming a professional learning community - a community focused on improving student achievement and performance.
