OHS Talent Show TONIGHT!!!

Orange High School's Unity and Diversity group presents. . .

The event will be held tonight, Friday, March 1, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the school auditorium. Come see nearly 30 performances from acting to singing to dancing to musical pieces. Tickets are $5 at the door and $3 in advance. Money raised from the show will go towards the Alla Bogomolnaya Fund for Colon Cancer Research.

Ms. Bogomolnaya was a dedicated math teacher for many years at OHS. She passed away last year due to complications from signet ring adenocarcinoma of the colon. Her family worked with the University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center to establish the Fund in her memory.

Unity and Diversity is human relations, prejudice reduction program that often uses theater as a means to promote discussion. The program attempts to create a kinder, more loving and equitable world within the Orange Schools and the community,

The Orange Patronaires are providing prizes and participation mementos. The Orange Patronaires are a non-profit association of adults supporting the Band, Choir, Orchestra, and the Theater Arts Programs at Orange High School. The Patronaires provide additional funds for scholarships, equipment, instruments, music, uniforms, performance attire, stage productions, concert receptions and much more.
