OHS' Nee Crowned State Champion in Swimming!

Congratulations to Orange High School swimmer Jack Nee, STATE CHAMPION!

Nee won the 50 yard freestyle at the recent state meet with a time of 20.88. At the District Meet, Nee set a new varsity record at 20.96 in the 50 freestyle!

Congratulations to the Orange High School Swim Team which sent 12 swimmers to the State Meet at the CT Branin Natatorium in Canton last week! These student athletes included The state, including Kathryn Jordan, Elisabeth Fellowes, Maddie Kinkopf, Kathleen Freund, Talia Zaverdinos, Isabelle Schenkel, Elizabeth Jordan, Kaitlyn King, Jack Nee, David Wang, Doo Hee Kim and Evan Frazier.

The Lion Girls Qualified for States in 500 freestyle (Schenkel), 100 backstroke (K. Jordan), 100 breaststroke (Kinkopf), 200 medley relay (K. Jordan, Kinkopf, Freund, Fellowes), and 400 freestyle relay (Fellowes, K. Jordan, Schenkel, Zaverdinos). E. Jordan and King will serve as alternates.

The Lion Boys Qualified for states in 50 freestyle (Nee), 100 freestyle (Nee), 400 freestyle relay (Frazier, Kim, Nee, Wang).
