OHS Students of the Month Honored by Lander Circle Kiwanis

The Kiwanis Club of Lander Circle honored six Orange High School seniors at a recent meeting in recognition of all the students achieved during their high school years.

The students (pictured above, left to right) Alisa Hill, Cory Ross, Kate Wauschek, Andrew Garson, Shelby Ingram, and Ryan Singer, were selected through an application process as the LCK Students of the Month from October through March for their exemplary achievements in leadership, trustworthiness, dependability, integrity, and service to others.

The students joined the Kiwanis members for dinner and a presentation, and each received $50 and a Kiwanis souvenir pen set or key chain. After the presentation, the students had the opportunity to share stories...and a smile (pictured, below)... with Orange Schools Superintendent Dr. Edwin Holland, Lander Circle Kiwanis Club Vice President Julie Liedtke, Lander Circle Kiwanis Club Foundation Director Katherine Kohl, and immediate past Kiwanis Ohio District Governor Dr. Phil Wallace. The students' parents were also on hand to congratulate their award-winners.

We are grateful to the Kiwanis Club of Lander Circle, a service organization that has supported the community since 1952, and congratulate all of our amazing students!
