PTA Reflections Art Program Submissions Due October 26-30
October 07, 2015
Students can submit entries for the Orange PTA Reflections Program beginning October 26, 2015 through October 30, 2015. The absolute firm deadline for entries is 12 p.m. on October 30, 2015 – entries will not be accepted after this time. The theme this year is “Let Your Imagination Fly…”. Students should bring entries to the MHS front office or BMS Media Center in the half-hour prior to the beginning of the school day, or to the OHS Guidance Department. Late entries will not be accepted.

The program offers students in preschool through grade 12 the opportunity to create works of art for fun and recognition. Independent experts from the community judge entries anonymously. Students are encouraged to create and submit works of art related to the theme in six art areas: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Musical composition, Photography, and Visual Arts.

Each entrant should read the General Rules as well as the rules specific to the category or categories in which he or she will enter. In addition, a completed entry form with a parent signature must accompany every entry. There is no limit to the number of entries a student may submit. Visit the OHS PTA website for additional information and forms at www.orangeschools.org/Reflections.aspx

The PTA Reflections Awards Ceremony will be held on November 17, 2015 at the Orange High School Commons at 6:30 p.m. All entrants will be recognized and all entries displayed. Top entries in each category are sent on to compete at the State level. Several of our local entries have advanced from the State competition to compete at the National level.
