State Support 3:
Cuyahoga County is considered State Support Team 3. Each of the 16 State Support Teams (SSTs) within the State of Ohio are responsible for the regional delivery of services in the areas of early learning and school readiness, improving results for students with disabilities, parent resources, secondary transition, Ohio school improvement, and special education technical assistance and compliance.

O.P.E.N. will continue to support families within our community to enhance learning experiences within a cooperative parent-teacher partnership for all students especially those served on I.E.P. and 504 Plans.
