8th Graders Explore with Police the Math and Science involved in a Car Crash

Guest speaker Patrolman Sam Borgia from the Moreland Hills Police taught 8th graders how Math & Science are used in police work. Students spent the rest of the day doing experiments to draw conclusions about the efects of force, friction, velocity and mass in a car crash.
