REMINDER to Complete Your Annual Online Forms

IMPORTANT REMINDER

We are partnering with FinalForms for your 2022-2023 online annual forms and acknowledgments. All current Orange Schools parents and guardians should have received a confirmation email from FinalForms around July 5. 2022. It included instructions for logging into your account. If you cannot find this email, please contact the school office to have it resent. For families already using FinalForms for athletics, you will use your existing FinalForms account.

If you haven’t completed these online forms and acknowledgments yet, please do so immediately. These must be completed in order for your child to have access to technology tools and platforms.
