Orange Schools Athletic Director Tim Porter will be honored by the Ohio Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (OIAAA) with the Bruce Brown Award of Excellence at a special awards ceremony on Monday, November 10, 2025 during the OIAAA State Conference in Columbus, Ohio. Porter is being recognizes for demonstrating a strong commitment to best practices and nationally recognized standards. According to Randy Tevepaugh, CMAA of the OIAAA Executive Board, Porter’s application stood out by not only meeting but exceeding the criteria outlined in their evaluation rubric and how Orange Athletics operates with policies and procedures that reflect the highest level of excellence.
