Brady Student Earns Science Fair Honors

Brady Middle School seventh grader Juliana Gauthier capped off an impressive science fair season by presenting her project on microplastics to the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, where she received a scholarship and an award. Her presentation was so well-received that it will be featured on the organization's YouTube channel.
Juliana and her family joined the group for a celebratory dinner, where she connected with professionals who encouraged her to continue her plastics research using advanced equipment at Case Western Reserve University. She was also invited to compete at the Engineering Fair on April 25, 2026, at Cleveland State University after earning an Honorable Mention from the Western Cuyahoga Audubon Society where she was named a Best in Medicine winner.
