OHS Drama Presents: High School Musical

Orange Drama Club's High School Musical
Orange High School is proud to announce its Spring Musical production of Disney's “High School Musical”, coming to the Orange High School Auditorium, 32000 Chagrin Blvd, Pepper Pike, for performances on Friday, February 27th and Saturday, February 28th at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and available for purchase at the door or online. Student tickets are $10 each, and adult tickets are $15 each. Payment options include cash or credit card at the door, and credit card online. OHS Earns Superior (I) Rating at OMEA State Contest

For the second year in a row, the Orange High School Orchestra under the direction of Rebecca Ellsworth earned a Superior (I) Rating at the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) State Contest held in February. The talented student musicians earned this highest rating from all three judges in Class B and from the judge who evaluated the sight-reading portion of the contest. For that evaluation, the orchestra performed a piece of music the students had never seen prior to the contest.
 

Eight Swimmers Headed to State Competition

Orange will be well represented at the upcoming OHSAA State Swimming Championships in Canton, as four girls and four boys earned spots at the district meet held at Cleveland State University last week. Congratulations to our OHSAA State Swimming Qualifiers and good luck Feb. 27-28. read more

Mock Trial Performs Brilliantly at Regionals

Orange High School had three Mock Trial teams compete in the Regional Competition earlier this month. All three of teams performed brilliantly, with OHS Team 3 now invited to the State Competition. read more

Did You Know?... Required Financial Forecast

Every public school district in Ohio is required to prepare and submit a financial forecast twice per year to the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. On February 23, 2026, the Orange Board of Education approved its most recent forecast, which is available on the Treasurer/CFO page of the Orange Schools website.

OHS Students Reach Final Round of Ohio Speech and Debate Competition

Orange High School freshman Anne Chiang and junior Noah Swirsky recently qualified for the Final Round of the Ohio Speech and Debate Association’s State Competition, which will take place February 27-28 at Canfield High School. Good luck, Anne and Noah!

The Power of WE Begins with ME

Orange High School came together to celebrate Black History Month with a powerful Oratorical Assembly centered around the theme "The Power of WE Begins with ME" — a message rooted in the belief that we can accomplish more together than alone.
