G.A.M.E.S. (Goals and Motivation Equals Success) is a student-centered initiative that empowers students to set personal and academic goals, stay motivated, and track their progress. The program encourages a growth mindset by helping students understand the value of perseverance, effort, and self-reflection in achieving success. With the addition of Level Up!, students are challenged to elevate their efforts by reaching new milestones and pushing beyond their comfort zones. "Leveling Up" represents both recognition of achievement and the encouragement to strive for continuous improvement. Together, G.A.M.E.S. and Level Up! create a dynamic, supportive environment where students celebrate progress and build confidence as lifelong learners.

The Marzano High Reliability Schools framework is a data-driven model for school improvement. The framework consists of five hierarchical levels: Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative Culture, Effective Teaching in Every Classroom, Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum, Standards-Referenced Reporting, and Competency-Based Education. Each level builds upon the previous one, with schools working to achieve and maintain these levels progressively. It emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and research-based practices.
