Our goal is not simply to prepare students to be proficient test takers, but to empower them as life-long learners equipped with the skills and mindsets necessary to adapt, contribute, and lead in a rapidly changing world. While we remain committed to high achievement on state assessments, we understand that true educational success is measured by a student’s ability to think deeply, act ethically, and solve problems creatively.
Today’s students are entering a global society and economy. As educators, it is our responsibility to know and understand the tools and technologies available and to integrate them into instruction that is both rigorous and relevant. Instruction must promote not only academic mastery, but also global competence, financial and entrepreneurial literacy, and fluency in information, media, and technology.

At Level 3, we provide a guaranteed and viable curriculum, meaning that all students, regardless of teacher or school, have access to a consistent, clearly articulated set of essential knowledge and skills. Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed and aligned to academic standards while also incorporating 21st-century competencies like collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, communication, global awareness, and digital literacy. These are not just aspirations, they are embedded in the learning experiences we offer every day.
